You can raise issues online with council customer service,  email council@cgd.vic.gov.au or phone 03 8571 1000. Maintenance and compliance issues are best reported this way. If you believe you haven’t received a timely or satisfactory response, feel free to contact me.

Many residents ask to meet with me to discuss issues. My preference is to communicate via email, as I may need to follow up to get more information from the council, and using email is usually the most efficient.
