Maintenance and compliance issues are best reported directly to the council. They are logged on the council’s computer system. Then, if you believe you haven’t received a timely or satisfactory response, contact me and I will follow up.

Many residents ask to meet with me to discuss issues. My preference is to communicate via email, as I may need to follow up to get more information from the council, and using email is usually the most efficient.
