Generally, these things are assessed:
- What is the community benefit?
- How many people does your organisation support?
- What outcomes will the funding produce?
- How much capacity do you have to raise funds through other means?
- Have you gained funding from other sources?
I recommend you have one A4 page that summarises along the lines of Who, What, Why, Where, How.
